If, for any reason, you need to return a product, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time of receipt to initiate the return process. Delivery Times and Transparency

We ship our products worldwide, ensuring that customers from all corners of the globe can enjoy our timepieces. Once you place your order, you can typically expect to receive your watch within 2-3 weeks. However, for orders that include extra gold or platinum, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Rest assured, you will not be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

While we strive for efficiency, our assembly process relies on the availability of skilled technicians. As a result, the assembly time can range from 5-14 business days, depending on current volumes. Once the watch is ready, it will be passed to our shipping brokers and then forwarded to you, which can take approximately 3-7 working days. In most cases, your watch will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 weeks from the time of order placement. (For extra gold plating orders, the total turnaround time is 4-6 weeks.) It’s important to note that 99% of all deliveries are completed within 21 days or sooner.

Signature Required for Delivery

To ensure the safe delivery of your package, a signature is required upon receipt. If no one is available at the specified address during the initial delivery attempt, a notification will be left in your mailbox. The courier will make two additional attempts on the following days. If delivery is still not possible, the package will be returned to us.

Please be aware that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, as a physical address is required for successful delivery.
